Rafcolm Software operates LATRIVIA and other applications. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
When you join a LATRIVIA event, we collect:
- Your chosen username
- A hashed password
- Your game scores and question responses
We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, or location.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use this data to display your score on the live leaderboard, track your progress during the event, and maintain your session so you can rejoin if disconnected.
3. Third-Party Services
LATRIVIA uses Google Firebase for authentication and data storage. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform. We do not sell or share your data with advertising networks or analytics providers.
4. Data Retention
Your player data is tied to the event you joined. Once an event expires or is deleted by the host, your data is removed from our systems. You may also delete your account at any time — see Delete Account.
5. Children's Privacy
LATRIVIA is designed for event guests of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any user. No real names or contact information are required to play.
