Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your LATRIVIA account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open LATRIVIA on your device.
  2. Tap the menu icon to open Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account."
  4. Confirm. You will be signed out immediately and your account will be removed.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can't access the app, email info@rafcolm.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the username you used to sign up. We will process the request within 5 business days.

What gets deleted

  • Your Firebase authentication credentials
  • Your username and hashed password
  • Your game scores and question responses
  • Your participation record for all events

What is kept

  • Anonymized aggregate analytics that cannot be linked to your account.
  • Error logs (if any) held by our crash reporting system — purged within 90 days.
